What times are the weekend Masses?
We have four Masses in English and one in Spanish. The vigil Mass is Saturday evening at 5:00. We also have Mass on Sunday morning at 9:00 and 11:00 in English, followed by 1:00pm in Spanish. We also have a 4pm Mass at Holy Cross Mission, our sister church that is located at 83 Seaside Road, Saint Helena Island, SC 29920.
Is accessibility parking available?
Yes, at Saint Peter's we have a large number of accessibility parking spaces with a side entrance and ramp. One can exit one's car and be inside the church in only a few steps. Directional signs on our campus will guide you to the accessibility parking.
Is there a cry room for small children?
Yes, we have two cry rooms, a larger one near the front entrance and a smaller one near the side entrance. Feel free to use the cry rooms when you find it would be helpful, but please know that children are very welcome at Saint Peter's, and we hope that families with small children will normally be with us in the pews. The sound of crying babies is a sign that the parish is healthy and alive!
Is there child care during Mass?
Although we provide free child care during many of our faith formation opportunities, we do not provide childcare during Mass. We hope that families will worship together, and we understand that small children will make noise; this is their way of praising God!
How do I register with Saint Peter's?
