Via Fidelis – The Way of Faith
Diocesan Pastoral Plan
Bishop Jacques has introduced a five-year plan for our diocese to grow spiritually:
2025 – Proclaim the Faith – Evangelization
This first year will focus on introducing and rediscovering the Good News of Jesus Christ, setting the foundation for our collective faith renewal.
2026 – Understand the Faith – Catechesis
Through growth in knowledge, we will deepen our understanding of our beliefs, equipping ourselves to live out and explain our faith more profoundly.
2027 – Celebrate the Faith – Sacraments
A year dedicated to prayer, the sacraments and action. Together, we will walk in the steps of Christ, serving others as He served.
2028 – Serve the Faith – Service
By focusing on outreach, we will uplift and support the marginalized, allowing the light of our faith to shine through service.
2029 – Share the Faith – Mission
The final year emphasizes living out the Gospel in our daily lives, strengthening connections within our community and bringing others to the Church.
